Shipping:
Typically, packages are delivered within 3-7 business days (processing time + shipping time) within the USA. 
After payment, our warehouse needs 1-2 business days to process your order (excluding pre-sale items). You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. The email will include your tracking number and a link to check your order status. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our Customer Service Center at service@carebene.com.

NOTE:
If you do not see delivery info when you click on your order-tracking link, don't worry! There may be a 24-hour delay in viewing tracking progress from departure to the shipper's first scan at a destination point.

RESTRICTIONS:
Please note that there are some restrictions such that our carriers can't ensure safe delivery to certain addresses. So please be sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/building number if you have one.

Shipping Address Limitations:
APO/FPO/DPO, P.O. Box addresses in all countries are not supported.
Hawaii,Alaska are not supported.
Non-continental European countries are not supported, usually referring to islands and territories affiliated with the aforementioned European countries.

We are not responsible for any delivery issue attempt caused by incorrect information provided by customers, such as order address, contact number, or consignee's name. In such cases, refunds cannot be filed.
