The handle height adjusts from 32" to 41", so it is best suited for users between 5'1" and 6'3". It also supports a weight capacity of up to 350 lbs, accommodating a variety of body proportions.
Does the rollator require assembly?
Our rollator is 100% fully assembled, so you don't have to set up any part of it, you take it out of the box and adjust the handle height to a comfortable level, and you can just roll it out!

Where are the brake cables?
The brake cables are hidden inside the frame. This isn't just a small detail – It's a patented design that our engineer spent several months developing and testing. The ingenious brake frame design conceals the cables within the frame, preventing them from getting caught on objects, and giving the rollator a more streamlined appearance.
Can I disinfect the rollator with diluted cleaning alcohol？
Yes, you can use regular diluted medical alcohol (around 75%) to disinfect the handle, frame, seat, and backrest of the rollator. The materials are resistant to alcohol corrosion. However, we do not recommend using acidic cleaning solutions.
What can I put in the backrest storage?
The backrest storage is designed for quick access and to keep your belongings safe, it can be locked, similar to a fanny pack. We recommend storing items like your passport, room card, mobile phone, handkerchief, lipstick, keys, and other small essentials in it.
