Our rollator is 100% fully assembled, so you don't have to set up any part of it, you take it out of the box and adjust the handle height to a comfortable level, and you can just roll it out!

Where are the brake cables?

The brake cables are hidden inside the frame. This isn't just a small detail – It's a patented design that our engineer spent several months developing and testing. Can I disinfect the rollator with diluted cleaning alcohol？

Yes, you can use regular diluted medical alcohol (around 75%) to disinfect the handle, frame, seat, and backrest of the rollator. The materials are resistant to alcohol corrosion. However, we do not recommend using acidic cleaning solutions.

What can I put in the backrest storage?

The backrest storage is designed for quick access and to keep your belongings safe, it can be locked, similar to a fanny pack. We recommend storing items like your passport, room card, mobile phone, handkerchief, lipstick, keys, and other small essentials in it.
